Wyoming born and raised. Avid outdoorsman and family man. I have a beautiful wife who lets me run around the hills more than most. Two healthy kids ages 13 and 4 who keep me on my toes at home.
I love hunting big buck mule deer and think they are the coolest critter on this planet. Bow hunting screaming elk comes in second.
I got into shooting distance rifles when I started hunting mule deer in country where 500-700 yards shots were a given. I pack in miles so lightweight gear and rifles are what I’m always searching for when it comes to my set up. I’m always looking to better myself and my gear since ounces = pounds in the backcountry.
Most of my free time is spent shooting steel/ painted rocks at distance with my hunting rifles. I’m a firm believer in shooting at the range how you shoot in the field and using the products your going to carry with you. If it’s lightweight and durable, I want to put my hands on it.
